SIGNS OF ILLNESS: Symptoms found related to the pet food recall illness are listed below.
Lethargy
Loss of appetite
Vomiting
Diarrhea
Irregular water habits or no water consumption
Changes in your pets urination
This list is only a guideline, so please contact your vet immediately if you suspect your animal is ill.

Pet Food Recall--PAWS gives back to the community!

The recent recall has had a devastating impact on non-profit organizations dedicated to saving animals across the country. Every day non-profits organizations work for donations and when those pet food donations were found to be deadly and immediately recalled, their pet food surplus was gone. PAWS was proud to donate over $500.00 of requested brand pet food locally to the Colorado Humane Society & SPCA in their time of need. more »

Rhode Island Puppy Lemon Law Bill Set for Hearing***ENACTED***

The Rhode Island Legislature is scheduled to hold hearings on the state's proposed new puppy lemon law on March 21, 2007. If it is enacted, the bill will impose warranty requirements on sellers of dogs in the state and allow buyers to recover reimbursements from sellers if the warranty is violated.
