Rhode Island Puppy Lemon Law Bill Set for Hearing***ENACTED***

Printer-friendly versionThe Rhode Island Legislature is scheduled to hold hearings on the state's proposed new puppy lemon law on March 21, 2007. If it is enacted, the bill will impose warranty requirements on sellers of dogs in the state and allow buyers to recover reimbursements from sellers if the warranty is violated.
